The picture needs to be NO smaller than 1.5" and no larger than 8.5"x11" in a JPEG format at 300 DPI. The picture should be a level, up close shot with your pet's face (or profile) in focus. Make sure the picture you send is a clear, up close shot. If you send us a fuzzy picture then your bed will come out fuzzy!
