This festive vest with attached graduated ruffle is made of Ruby Red Silk Panne Velvet and is adorned with Czech Pressed Glass Leaves and CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements along the center back and waist. The closures are of Velcro for maximum flexibility and there is an attached solid Brass Dee ring for your leash. The lining is of Red Taffeta Plaid. Each piece is made when ordered. Made in the U.S.A. of imported fabrics.
