This pretty little dress is made from a lightweight, 100% cotton patchwork fabric, with romantic cabbage rose florals and lady like stripes in shades of pink, blue, lavender, celery and peach. A striped grosgrain ribbon in shades of pink and white secure the D-ring and also decorates the waistline. At the edge of the skirt on the dress, there is a delicate row of lace, and underneath the skirt is a tulle petticoat. This harness style dress is secured at the neck and under the belly with strong Velcro closures, adjustable to 3 inches per size.
