Four Season Rain Coat, 100% Polyurethane for outer shell, 100% cotton inner lining, Light-Weight and Water-Resistant. The whole underbelly is protected and covered via velcro strips. Paw-Patters (to wipe the paws when wet) in the back pockets attached with Velcro strips. Hole in back for leash attachment.
