Jakey BB sturdy wooden bed boxes are constructed of Southern Yellow Pine and plywood. The custom turned decorative feet on each piece are made from reclaimed hardwood. A decorative wooden molding enhances the lower border and gives the piece some depth.
Beautiful fabrics are used to create truly elegant and unique cushion covers for these beds. The outer cushion cover is zippered and can be removed for easy cleaning and is machine washable! (All of the fabrics used in the cushion covers have been pre-laundered and dried prior to construction.) The plush inner cushion insert is made from 100% polyester fibers for the softest seat in the house. This, too, can be laundered.
Each bed is hand painted to coordinate with the cushion. No two will ever be exactly identical. Water based acrylic paints are used and the final product is sealed with several coats of water-based poly-acrylic for protection. We know your little prince of princess will enjoy this one-of-a-kind piece of art!
