Carnival Handmade Dog Collar

This beautifully decorated collar is made in the USA. The leather and hardware are imported from Italy. The red buffalo lining is very soft and flexible, yet durable. Many dogs get rashes, and loose hair around the neck. This is caused by fricition when wearing tough leather. This collar is perfect for dogs with sensitive skin.
