So, I knew if there was one place I should look that MIGHT offer overnight delivery...it was NEW YORK CITY!! I was right!! Do not be fooled by the usual double meaning of "Bitch". Yes, your lady (and guy!) dogs will end up better dressed than you in the canine couture that Stacy sells. But Stacy herself is just about the exact antithesis of all things bitchy. Customer Service Saint is more like it. I contacted Stacy on a Saturday, desperate to find the perfect outfit for my Shih Tzu (plural) Susie and Omar, for my wedding exactly seven days later. It is now Wednesday, and I am looking at the most darling Ivory and Gold Rose Damask pattern dress and matching vest, custom-made for my puppies. They are, in a word perfect. My hat is off to Stacy and her dedicated associates who clearly take their love of a job well done to dizzying new heights. I will never go online shopping for my puppies anywhere else. In a world too often riddled with apathy (or worse) Stacy is a shining example of how a personal credo to be the best you can be is still alive and thriving. The experience start to finish was not just a joy, but an inspiration. Big words and I mean them.

I got my first Chihuahua six months ago and immediately set out looking for cute stylish clothes on the internet. I had lots of hits and misses, emphasis on misses with quality, fit and especially customer service. Gratefully, I stumbled upon Bitch New York and Stacy. I was amazed at the wide selection of beautiful designer clothes as well as the large selection of "let's play clothes" they had to offer. The price range is made to fit every budget so you will never go away unhappy. The quality of all their clothes is outstanding.
What really shocked and impressed me was the attention and care I was given by Stacy after my first purchase. She immediately e-mailed me, and I mean within a couple of minutes, to let me know that one of the little dresses was out of stock in the size I needed and wanted to know if I would like something different. She made the change for me and everything shipped and arrived quickly. On another order I made she got in contact with me to let me know she thought I might need the larger size. How often does something like that happen besides NEVER! When I ordered a designer dress she stayed in contact with me to give me color choices and made sure the fit was perfect and I was happy.
Stacy makes you feel like you are her one and only client and she goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your choices. She truly cares about us and our pets. I have never gotten such personal care and assistance from anyone or anything I have purchased in the past. I have no desire to waste my time shopping anywhere else. Why would I?

Searching around for the best deal, prices including tax (yes, some do) and shipping, all the top sites are comparable.
