Stacy, Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you once again that your customer service rocks!!! My first order from your company was two dog beds....bulky to say the least and needed to be shipped to South Florida. On the same day that I ordered the items from you, I also ordered two other beds from another web site. Your beds came faster than our chinese delivery service!!! Our dogs have been enjoying them for weeks while we are still waiting for the other beds to arrive. Thank you.

I really appreciate you contacting the manufacturer about the Avant Garde sizing/weight limit questions. Although the leashes' label states it only holds up to 28 lbs. I'm still hoping it holds a bigger weight.
There are so few attractive retractable leashes for medium and large dogs. Unfortunately, I have to use retractable leashes because I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and they really take the pressure off of my back and arms. We've been using and absolutely LOVING the Flexi Expressions leash I bought from your site and it is superb. Not only is it super colorful and cute, it also happens to be the smoothest, most sensitive to the touch retractable leash I've ever used! I plan on buying it in the other colors. You've been so nice I'd rather buy from your site than anywhere. It's so great to be able to look to your site for all things canine chic. You've definitely found a loyal customer in me! I think it's so cool that you have a career that involves helping dogs and their parents. It's not just about collars and tags - it's about how people express love to their beloved pups. And that is so important! I think that dogs are the most pure, giving, loving, caring, special souls on earth...literally the best creatures alive. They ask for so little but they give so much. I wanted to let you know that the black/purple dress with the velvet top and big orchid flower on the back that you sent me a few months ago for my bichon, Emmylou, was worn for her third birthday party today. She looked so beautiful that all the people at the senior citizen facility where she lives with my mother couldn't believe their eyes. I had ordered something entirely different that you didn't have in her size and you suggested this little dress. She always wears sweaters. This is her first dress but won't be the last.
